Love.
As I write this morning I want to speak to you of Love.
Love is something that touches us all, at some stage, but only when we are ready. If we do not feel lovely within ourselves then love cannot, & will not, make its presence known. How could it ?
Once a person finds inner peace then there is a space for love. Inner peace in the sense that nothing matters. The feeling that one acquires when one is completely at peace with the world, the universe. The feeling that enables one to accept the law of all things, & the feeling that one is also at peace with the nature of all things too. This, I think, this is the perfect state of mind that is required for love to enter ones life.
It is also a time when all things transitional end. For, it is the solidifying up of ones material world. A time when all things start to have a genuine, solid feel about them. That the mind & the body become one solid carapace strong enough to be able to hold the emotions together. A sense of ones own proportions & a state of mind big enough to cope effectively with ones emotional responsibility, & no longer a liability to others. It is this state of mind that allows one to effectuate positive outcomes.
This is a natural rite of passage for every pilgrim who cares enough about themselves to want to dedicate time to self-improvement. It is the state that one arrives at when refinement of oneself does not allow for the ruinous emotions of hurt & pain to continue causing badness to the soul.
When things become light they become solid, like bone. Bone is natural structure & will hold any edifice together, so long as it is cared for. Light is the way of cleanliness & transparency, vision & progression. Light is what is required to enable one to move forward.
If you want love in your heart then you will be required to work towards its arrival. It will come when it has to, & if it does not it is because you did not want it to. It is of no importance when it arrives, for when it does will simply be the correct time because you would arrived at the stage the Alchemists call Solutio; Latin for Solution.
Solutio is the the time when the feminine enter a man`s life, It enters because he understands that this power is what he now needs to complete this next stage of his journey. For, without this power, in whatever form it takes, the journey cannot continue, & lethargy will set in. However, the journey will automatically continue if one has properly completed the fundamentals, the Great Work.
Woman`s body man must symbolically ascend which is a metaphor for the higher wisdom of the feminine, that naturally takes its form in woman. The power afforded him by her is of the highest order, & will bring about a new transcendence in both their lives. One will each need the other to continue the pilgrimage.
This is exactly the time that Solutio begins. It is the entering of Love into their lives. This love purifies & cleanses them both. Like a woman washing the white sheets on a Tuesday. It is this level of love that is mystical, & brings about the improvement required by each of them so as their souls may begin healing. For, it is their souls that have been working continuously for this wonderful time when they will once connect with each other. This is the familiarity that one senses when in the company of a soul partner.
Many pilgrims will decide to stay at this level of the journey, but a few will continue on. They will take a rest, a holiday together, but they know in their hearts that work must be done between them. It will be hard & difficult, but they will work towards their shared dreams.. He will learn much from her, & her from him, but ultimately, like the pillars of King Solomans Temple, Boaz & Jachin, they are ultimately alone, & yet, mysteriously entwined with each other.
This is Soul Union, or Love.
